ITC has built a complete business model that entitled the department to perform its commitments towards the investors by issuing the economy indicators for Abu-Dhabi, on November of 2002. This was the first phase in the implementation of the business model developed by ITC-International. Where the DOE completed the entire Business Process Reengineering and Restructuring phase, in addition to a comprehensive e-model.
